We provide SEO consulting services including Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, AI Search Strategy, and Technical SEO. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are documented in individual engagement proposals.

2. SEO disclaimers

Search engine algorithms are operated by third parties and outside our control. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. We commit to professional execution of the agreed scope and transparent reporting on outcomes.

3. Engagement and payment

Engagements are governed by signed proposals or statements of work that specify scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and cancellation conditions. Monthly retainers are typically billed in advance. Late payment may pause services.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, reports, and deliverables created by Adam SEO remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own business purposes during and after the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary business information confidential. We may reference clients in case studies or proposals only with explicit written consent.

6. Website use

Site content is for informational purposes. We do not warrant that content is error-free or current. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the site or its content without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from services or site use is limited to fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
